Is Humor Good Medicine?

Is Humor Good Medicine?

There is probably sound medical facts proving that humor has curative powers far beyond most medicines. Laughing creates chemical processes in the brain, that can help with a variety of things, including insomnia, erectile dysfunction, sore breasts, etc. And has been known to cure Bubonic Plague, Sleeping Sickness, some forms of cancer, whooping cough and the creeping crud.
Experiments in research indicate that it can settle a parking ticket, validate parking, get you a date and balance your check book.
Well actually I don't know if ANY of this is true or not! But I DO believe that in most situations, if a person would just lighten up and stop taking things too seriously, that their life would improve by leaps and bounds. That relaxing causes you to see more clearly thru the fog of life. Fog is confusion and it engulfs us and it sometimes seems like a solid wall. it usually isn't though, by mellowing out we can see this!
And thru laughter we can achieve it.
This blog will be dedicated to finding the answers to many of lifes questions, Questions that may seem difficult but by looking thru the fog, we will try to find the answers together.
